Your affiliate program is two-tier, but what does a two-tier affiliate program mean?
A two-tier affiliate program rewards affiliates not only for their own sales, but also for sales generated by affiliates they refer to the program. In other words, affiliates earn commissions from their own direct efforts and for recruiting/nurturing sub-affiliates.
What is the cookie duration for your affiliate program?
Our affiliate program has a 50-year cookie duration and uses the most recent cookie to give credit for a sale. That means that the most recent affiliate link the customer clicked on will be the one credited with the sale. Example: Someone clicks on Affiliate A’s link and signs up for a free account at everneedai.com. One month later, he clicks on Affiliate B’s link and then purchases a paid subscription. Result: Affiliate B will be credited with the sale.
Can I use paid search advertising for branded keywords?
If you are conducting paid search advertising on platforms like Google or Bing, it is prohibited for you to set branded keywords like "everneed ai," "everneed ai pricing," "everneedai.com," or other similar keywords that include the phrase Everneed AI or use a misspelt keyword version of this phrase. If you do so, it will result in termination of your affiliate account.
Can I refer myself using my affiliate link?
No. It is strictly prohibited for affiliates to refer themselves in order to receive commissions on their own purchases. Any attempts to self-refer for personal gain will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and the associated user account.
Which affiliate software do you use?
We use iDevAffiliate software to run our affiliate program. iDevDirect (idevdirect.com) is a United States-based company located in Southern California and their affiliate software has existed since 1999. We choose one of the oldest and most trusted pieces of affiliate software in the market so our affiliates can be assured that the tracking for each sale will be done correctly!
When and how will I get paid?
We pay our affiliates via PayPal within the first five days of each month. Affiliates must reach a minimum commission balance of $100 to qualify for payment. The $100 must be reached at least five days before the end of each month to get paid the next month. If the $100 amount is reached with sales that are made in the last five days of a month, you will get paid after two months.
